Born in the heart of Florence, I have journeyed across continents, disciplines, and decades of experiential learning. From youthful explorations in yoga to deep dives into spiritual and therapeutic practices, my driving passion has always been to understand, to grow and help empower others.

Why they reached out — and returned
Even after years of a variety of personal growth studies I became more aware, noticing what I was giving attention to, observing my thoughts, and therefore becoming more aware of different parts of myself in a much deeper way.
There's been a clarifying of my relationship with myself and my innate parts and talents. An ability to tame my monkey brain with more control.
I integrated the understanding that life is not linear but a continuous weaving inward to the source and outward into expression.
I came to him as a young adult woman, confused, tired, and without a healthy sense of self. Through his guidance and steady, practical work together, I've gained insight, compassion, and a deeper sense of self-love.
His focus is progress, he has MANY skills and meet me where I was at. Most importantly, progress and transformation have occurred — this is priceless.
